Defined Terms Used Throughout This Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bk3e website accessible at https://bk3e.io and all associated services, tools, and content made available through it.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held in a Player's account, including deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by bk3e to eligible Players subject to these terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Binding Agreement Upon Use

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing Funds, or placing any wager, you enter into a binding legal agreement with bk3e and confirm your unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Service Access and Geographic Scope

It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bk3e makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction other than the markets it actively serves.

bk3e reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform for any Player at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to legal compliance requirements, technical maintenance, fraud prevention, or breach of these terms. Where possible, affected Players will be notified in advance of any planned service interruption.

Who May Register an Account

To register and maintain an Account on bk3e, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk3e operates a strict 21+ policy and enforces this through identity verification at registration and on an ongoing basis.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of a current employee of bk3e or any of its Game Providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or subject to any active account suspension or ban imposed by bk3e.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Creating Your bk3e Account

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bk3e reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus credits without notice.

Protecting Your Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bk3e will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password that purports to come from bk3e should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bk3e support immediately and change your password without delay. bk3e shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

Funding Your bk3e Account

bk3e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at bk3e's discretion. Current available payment options are always displayed in the Platform cashier.

All deposits and withdrawals must be processed using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the payment instrument belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be returned, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum Deposit and Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount on bk3e is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. bKash and Nagad deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account in real time. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your balance depending on your bank's processing time.

bk3e does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or mobile wallet operator may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bk3e's control. You are responsible for checking any fees applicable to your chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.

Requesting a Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed the required identity verification process. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes on business days. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

bk3e reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests. In such cases, a member of the support team will contact you to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the bk3e Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are displayed alongside each individual promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

Time Limits on Promotional Offers

All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date for each active bonus is visible in your Account bonus section. bk3e does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

Rules Governing Betting and Casino Activity

All sports betting markets, casino games, and other wagering products on bk3e are governed by the rules of the respective game or market as published on the Platform at the time the wager is placed. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet. bk3e accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules or betting market terms.

bk3e reserves the right to void any bet or casino wager where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the wager was placed in error, that the odds or game outcome were affected by a technical error, or that there is credible evidence of match-fixing, integrity violation, or other fraudulent activity affecting the event on which the bet was placed.

Actions That Constitute a Breach of Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk3e Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, tool, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to influence the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk3e makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform's content for any particular purpose.

Responsibility for Third-Party Content

Games made available on the bk3e Platform through third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are governed by the rules and terms of those providers. Language of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the definitive reference. Any translation provided for convenience shall not override the English text.

Invalid Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the removal of the invalid provision.
